Hangzhou Eastern Magnetic Industry Co.,Ltd. are the all kinds of powder metals and sintered permanent AINiCo magnets enterprise, specialized in developing and man
ufacturing. The company is located in Daicun Industrial Zone, Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province,China.It is establish
ed in June 1995,occupied 12000 sq meter and the area of structure is 6000 sq meter.
　　Our company has a completed organization, which
is divided into many functional departments.
And the staffs and workers are more than 200, who form an innovational and practical team,members of the professional technical and quanlity assurance engineer is over 20. All the workers have through the professional training and take the carrer after being tested.
　　 Our company has obtained ISO9001:2000 INternational Certification in may 2004 and implemented it strictly. At present,we are sched
uled to certificate the standard of TS16949 System.
　　 Our company has completed production equipment and inspection facilities. There anr more than 30 sets of 10T-500T hydraulic press and 5 sets of vacuum and the ammonia resolving protection sintered furnace. Also we have a great deal of tolling machining, post-processing and tested equipment. And we have a plan of increasing technical innovation and purchasing a set of advanced hydraulic press and sintered equipment.
　　We have been developing over 1800 powder metallurgy parts and permanent magnetic products since the company was established. Now annual developing products is more than 300. We are producing about 2000 tons and 50 million parts of iron,copper,stainless steel powder metals and sintered AINiCo magnetic products, which are produced according to professional standards and the demands of customers. Our product is widely applied in automobile components, machinery, electronic tolls, kinds of meter, aviation, military techno
logy,communication apparatus and office equipment. The distribution of the customers are wide in more than 10 countries of China , USA,
Germany, England,Switzerland,Belarus, Israel ,Japan and Korea.
